  • Check contacts are not corroded, wet or loose.
  • Be sure cap/compartment to battery case is properly closed.

How long will it take to get a replacement?

It will usually take 4-6 weeks or less from the time you ship the defective item to us.


Why can't I get a refund from you?

VIBETRONICS is a warranty replacement company only. We only replace defective products.


How can I buy replacement parts?

VIBETRONICS does not stock replacement parts. If your product fails during the warranty period, please follow the instructions in the Limited Warranty and we will replace the entire item.
