To request a replacement under the terms stated above, please complete the following steps:
- All products must be registered. Once registered, you will receive a 20 digit registration number that must be included with your returned item.
- Clean and return your product in its original packaging with the "original receipt".
- Please include a note stating your complete mailing address.
- Include $10.00 in US funds, either a check or money order, to cover shipping and handling.
- Make US money order or check payable to VibeWarranty.
- If you are outside the US, a convenience store or post office should have US postal money orders available.
